Moong Sprouts Chaat Recipe - Sprouts Salad Recipe


This is one quick and healthy salad which i made few days back. It was very cooling and refreshing, i loved it so much. If you are on diet, you can have a bowl of this for lunch, it keeps you filling for a long time. This is a cooling and tasty salad.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 to 8 mins
Serves - 2

Ingredients:


Moong Sprouts - 2 cups (Recipe here)

Potato - 1 large peeled, chopped and boiled
Carrot - 1 small chopped
Onion - 1 small chopped finely
Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
Lemon Juice to taste
Black Salt to taste
Chat Masala Powder to taste
Chilli Powder to taste

Method:

Take moong sprouts in a colander and place it over a sauce pan of boiling water and steam cook for 5 to 6 mins till it is done.

Now take this in a bowl and add all other ingredients and mix well.

Serve.
