I wanted to make this for quite a long time. But somehow kept on forgetting it. Few weeks back, i saw half a pineapple lying in the fridge from my previous day pineapple ginger juice, so i thought of using that to try this one. I am glad that i tried it, because it turned out so yummy.

Resting Time : 15 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Pineapples - 2 cups chopped
Sugar - 2 tblspn or to taste
Sabja - 1 tblspn
Water as needed
Method:
Take pineapple, sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pass it through a strainer.
Now add more water and sabja. Mix well. let it sit for 15 mins in fridge.
Serve cold.
