Have you ever imagined of making a pudding using cornflakes..Even i have never thought of it, until i came across this recipe. I had a half a packet of cornflakes which was sitting in my fridge for qute sometime. I was thinking what to do with it and finally this recipe came to rescue. I have plans to make a chocolate cornflakes pudding as well. Will try it soon and share.

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 tblspn
Cornflakes - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1.5 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 3 tblspn chopped
Sultanas / Kishmish - 3 tblspn
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, add cornflakes and toast for couple of mins. Take it in a blender and powder coarsely. Set aside.
Take sugar and milk in a sauce pan and heat gently so it comes to a boil.
Add in powdered cornflakes and mix well. Cook this for few mins till it thickens.
Add in cashews and sultanas. Mix well.
Spoon this into serving bowl and top with cashews and raisans.
Chill for few hours. Serve.
