This is a recipe which you can make in bulk and freeze. So you can make them whenever you need them. If you are a vegetarian, skip the chicken and add any veggies as you like, just chop them finely and use.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Makes : 6 to 10
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 cup cooked and shredded
Cheese - 1 cup grated
Coriander Leaves - 2 tblspn finely chopped
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour - 2 tblspn+ 2 tblspn
Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
Take all the ingredients given until breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well to form a soft dough.
Divide it into equal portions and shape into balls.
Take 2 tblspn flour in a bowl, and 2 tblspn of flour in another bowl, add some water to one and make it into a thin paste.Now take breadcrumbs in a plate.
Take one ball and roll it in flour, dip it in flour paste and coat with breadcrumbs.
Now deep fry this till golden.
Drain and serve.

set aside in fridge for 30 mins |
drop in hot oil |
fry on all sides till golden |
drain them |
